Every OhhBeeHave Apiary installation is designed as a complete turnkey project, giving you a healthy, professionally managed apiary from day one. We offer two installation programs, plus an ongoing Stewardship Retainer for continued year-round management.

Option 1 — Foundation Installation Package | $3,950 total initial investment

(Professional Installation $2,950 + Two Established Honey Bee Colonies $1,000)

• Initial property consultation and complete apiary design

• Site layout, orientation, equipment assembly, and professional installation

• Client orientation

• Four scheduled stewardship visits with written inspection reports

• Seasonal management recommendations and nutritional guidance

• Small Hive Beetle monitoring

• Email and telephone support

Option 2 — Professional Partnership Package (Recommended) | $5,750 total initial investment

(Professional Partnership Investment $4,750 + Two Established Honey Bee Colonies $1,000)

Everything in the Foundation Package, plus:

• Eight scheduled stewardship visits

• Queen performance evaluations and brood pattern analysis

• Population monitoring and feeding strategy adjustments

• Seasonal and honey production planning

• Swarm prevention planning

• Detailed written reports after every visit

• Hands-on client education: inspections, equipment operation, harvesting instruction

• Beginner beekeeper mentoring

• Property-specific bloom calendar and five-year habitat development strategy

Every installation includes complete hive equipment, a feeding system, integrated pest management setup, two professionally constructed swarm trap systems, hurricane-rated apiary infrastructure, personal protective equipment, a professional tool package, and a 15 lb pollinator seed package with your choice of finish for all wooden equipment.

Stewardship Retainer — Year-Round Professional Apiary Management

For established apiaries, our Stewardship Retainer provides complete year-round management tailored to seasonal conditions, colony health, nectar flows, and long-term production goals.

• 2 colonies — $500/month ($250 per colony)

• 4 colonies — $700/month ($175 per colony)

• 6 colonies — $800/month ($133 per colony)

• 8 colonies — $950/month ($119 per colony)

• 10 colonies — $1,100/month ($110 per colony)

Larger apiaries are priced individually based on property size, travel requirements, and management goals.
